About Spyware Doctor with Antivirus?

i hav heard that there cannot be more than 1 antivirus software in
a PC. i hav avast! antivirus. can i also keep the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus? will there be any problem? is it gud?
plz help!!!

You could get rid of avast. This is because, having more that I antivirus software will cause conflicts and use up more memory.
The best reason to have two security programs is when the one is an anti-virus and another is anti-spyware.
Spyware Doctor with Antivirus is both, so you will obviously not need Avast.
