Every time I go to get on the computer a page is on there PC TOOLS SPYWARE DOCTOR ison there how do I deleate that? I looked every where but cant find it..can some please tell me step by step on how to get that off…

Norton AntiVirus detects it but cannot remove it. Spyware Doctor (which usually finds and removes Trojan Viruses) cannot even detect that there is a virus in the file where it is located. What is the best program to get to remove this virus?? Please help!!

I have superantivirus spyware, malwarebytes, windows defender, hitman pro 3.5 which I use each program once a day.

Yet, Antivirus Scan keeps on coming back. (one time, I had to wipe it out manually through the registry). As soon as I see that little grey square with the green circle in the middle pop up in the lower right hand corner of my task bar, I groan and my heart drops to the bottom of my stomach.

Then I’ll have to stop everything that I’m doing, and then force end all the programs in which, that’s also how I find the name of the random lettered .exe program, I do a search for it, in which I have to delete the program. ( it temporarily helps until the next time it comes back).

I also notice that its always located in some Temp folder and Prefetch folder.

I understand that spyware doctor is very good however, (I do plan to buy it one day when I get a full time job) because I only have a part time job, every penny counts and that’s why I have free ware programs.

Is there any suggestions on what I should do, any free download programs that I haven’t tried yet (I already have had Norton and AVG in the past…) and the only other thing I can think of right now is a real time firewall protector that would pop up on the lower right hand corner of the screen that I would have to click “accept” alot. (it was free and I forgot the name of the program). :(

I urgently need help about installing antivirus programmes. I tried spyware doctor and spybots and avira antiviruses. None of them could check anything. F secure is always failing to complete the installation.
The desctop is kinda frozen and I cant click on any button, I had to restart it over 50 times today.

Does anybody have any idea what I could do?
Everywhere is closed for Christmas , so I have to deal with this at home.

People, I come to you a desperate man. I have tried absolutely everything the internet can provide me.

I have installed on my computer (Windows XP), two very dangerous malware programs: Windows Disk and XP Anti-Spyware, both 2011 versions.

Somewhere (can’t find source) on a forum somebody had a code that you could copy into XP Anti-Spyware when it asked you to register, and that would stop its annoying pop-up mesages. Indeed, this has worked, but the malware is still on my system, sucking up system resources, making my computer slow, forcing my CPU into 100% operation.

I did some googling and found quite a number of ways to get rid of this malware. None have worked. I’ve tried using Spyware Doctor; it won’t remove anything for me unless I buy the full thing. I’ve tried Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware program; XP Anti-Spyware 2011 is so clever that it blocks MBAM from opening so that I can’t install it. I’ve tried deleting the files in the Registry Editor; none of them are there. I’ve tried closing the process in the Task Manager; it simply reopens itself three seconds after I shut everything down.

I should also mention that I have SpyBot and a free version of AVG on my computer, both of which didn’t help.

Please can somebody help me? I have run out of ideas.

Everything on my computer was peachy keen up till my family member installed Spyware Doctor. Now my computer is freezing up more often. Also FireFox continually freezes and appear as a non responsive program. Also when I type on FireFox it takes a long time for the letters to show up. Remove that spyware doctor. That software needes medical attention.

Download AVAST. Its FREE and you will not need any other applications to solve your trojans, viruses etc…. Us programmers use AVAST because it does not slow the computer down and it cleans up any infections before windows logs on whichis the correct way.

i got 6 running at once (Mcafee, AVG, Norton internet security 2011, Avira Antivirus, PC tools spyware doctor with antivirus, Kaspersky internet security) , my computer is very slow (but that doesn’t matter when it comes to my protection) and than for added protection i got malwarebytes, Hit-man pro, super anti-spyware, clam AV, and Dr.Web CureIt!…

is this a good combo??? i still feel very unsafe when using the net….. i think i might download bytdefender and MSE :D

Why does my computer reboot when i am scanning it?
Hello. My computer makes bluesscreen every time i scans it – i tried to scan it in safemode and whit different anti virus (avg free, norton internet security, windows oncare and pctools spyware doctor), but when it have scan in some time it just reboot?
