My computer said that rtl100.bpl could not be found and that I would have to reinstall it. After doing some research, I found out that I would have to uninstall Spyware Doctor and reinstall a new one but my computer is not allowing me to do this. What’s going on and will this help with my rtl100.bpl problem? I’m not too computer savvy do bear with me!
