Right now I have AVG, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spybot, Malwarebytes, SUPER AntiSpyware & Spyware Blaster, but none of them have realtime protection.
I read Spyware Doctor-Starter Edition is automatically configured out of the box to give you optimal protection with limited interaction so all you need to do is install it for immediate and ongoing protection.
Do you think if I add Spyware Doctor to what I already have installed it will slow down my PC? Or do you think I already have too many anti-spyware programs & running them manually is good enough & I don’t need realtime monitoring?

I advocate the use of Spyware Doctor Free Edition, it’s very low on resources and the advantage is having realtime monitoring.
I would also use Comodo BO Clean:

Again, this one resides in your taskbar and constantly monitors incoming threats but uses very low resources. Neither will slow your computer.

I have been using it for quite a while now. It works great, does auto auto update and realtime protection
No it does not slow down your PC.
When I were you, I would uninstall Spybot. I tried it and I did not like it alt all. Uninstalled it after 1 hour again
Another good one is Spyware Terminator. It also have Realtime monitoring.

When you have realtime protection you do not need Spyware Blaster
When I intalled Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 208 I could only install it after uninstalling Spyware Blaster
It is good to have more than one anti spyware programs on your computer, but 4 is not really necessary and more than one with realtime protection is also not necessary.
I would install either Spyware Doctor free or Spyware Terminator, because they both have realtime
Then as extra I would keep Malwarebytes and Super AntiSpyware.
I am talking here about the spyware programs

So get rid of Spybot and Spyware Blaster. No need for them any more, now you have better onces
